Patty Gallardo

As former Senior Partner & Managing Director of The Executive Edge, Inc. / Amrop Philippines, Patty Gallardo has more than 40 years of experience in Executive Search, primarily covering the local Philippine market alongside several years working across Hong Kong and Indonesia markets.

 

Patty has substantial expertise in all aspects of Retained Executive Search and successfully consulted for large local enterprises as well as mid-caps. Furthermore, she frequently collaborated with on-the-ground subsidiaries and affiliates of reputable global corporations in identifying company Management Teams, including undertaking management assessment and succession planning programmes for selected clients.

 

She has also successfully led professional development programs for The Executive Edge, Inc.’s local team of Consultants & Researchers resulting in the organization’s deep bench of proven, competent and high-performing professionals, many of whom have successfully carved out impressive careers in the local search industry. Whilst with Amrop, Patty was heavily involved in the APAC mentoring program that saw her serve as cross-border coach and mentor for high-potential research staff.

 

Since June 2022, whilst maintaining majority ownership, she has moved into a senior advisory role for The Executive Edge, Inc. with a strong focus on business strategy and data management.
