With almost 25 years of experience in retained executive search, Liza Bravo possesses in-depth knowledge in various functions across different industries, as well as a profound appreciation of the diverse cultures of different companies, both multinational corporations and large Filipino-owned enterprises. Over the years she has proven herself to be a formidable Business Partner to TEE’s client companies, and is seen as a credible Trusted Advisor in the field of the executive search business.

 

A dedicated and competent Executive Search Partner to all her clients, Liza’s efficient way of managing partnership accounts and finding the most suitable candidate for her client companies stems from her innate ability to acquire a succinct understanding of the business, as well as the requirements of the business leader in achieving growth ambition. She is also passionate about advocating candidates who enable company and people development. On top of this impressive remit, Liza provides coaching and guidance to candidates, especially those who are about to make life-changing decisions involving their careers. 

 

As a Managing Director of TEE, Liza is responsible for the company’s P&L as well as day-to-day company operations. She leads and mentors the team, guiding them towards company profitability and success. 

 

Liza’s career spans almost three decades. Prior to working in Executive Search, she had an impressive grounding in Human Resource Management from one of the country’s top commercial banks. Recently, she has acquired a coaching certification from Accelerating Coach Excellence and has completed 38 Continuing Professional Development hours, hosted by David Goldsmith and David Peterson.
