Jade Jalmasco

With more than 10 years’ experience in Consulting work, Jade’s special focus has been on Executive Search. She has successfully filled key leadership roles for various client companies with strong emphasis on Life Sciences, Consumer, and Industrial sectors. Starting off as full-time Researcher at Bó Lè Associates, the firm was later acquired by Japanese firm, RGF Executive Search. She eventually progressed to Associate Director and Practice Head for Consumer and Life Science / Healthcare at RGF. After RGF, she briefly served as Director at Signium Singapore and for its Manila operations, Hire Asia.

 

Prior to her Executive Search experience, Jade spent a significant time in the US where she acquired experience working for a giant American Retail Chain. During this time, she demonstrated significant success in managing customer-focused and service-driven store operations. In addition, her work experience likewise involved mainstream HR work in the Philippines where she has worked as Recruitment and OD Manager for a Filipino-owned distribution company.   

 

Jade has been with The Executive Edge, Inc. since 2023. She has closely collaborated with client companies to successfully place key appointments across diverse areas of specialization.

Jade completed her Masters in Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Management and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas.
